Make a claim

In the event of a claim, you need to fill out a claim form and provide supporting materials such as proof of ownership of the bicycle or a police report documenting theft. To lodge a claim, please follow these steps:

1. In the event of theft or malicious damage to your bicycle, please contact the police and report the incident immediately.
2. Notify us of your loss immediately via email at mybikecover@velosure.com.au or by phone on 1300 277 002
3. Fill out the claim form.

    4. Submit the claim form along with any support information (like a police report, for example) to the mybikeCOVER claim department as soon as possible:
